Quick Start–The Eddie Kennison Foundation & Lidia's Catering present the 2nd Annual “Showtime!” Changing Lives in Style Fashion Show, Dinner, & Auction, benefiting Quick Start – The Eddie Kennison Foundation and Alliance for Lupus Research, Monday, October 25th, 2004, 6:00 – 9:00 pm, The Uptown Theater, 3700 Broadway, Kansas City, MO. “Models” for the event will be numerous members of the Kansas City Chiefs, and their spouses, showcasing the latest in fashions, jewelry, and furs from several Country Club Plaza and Kansas City area merchants, as well as, a custom clothier from Beverly Hills. Once again, Dave Wagner and his staff from Lidia's Catering will prepare and serve a seated three-course Italian feast for your dining pleasure. New to the event this year will be nationally known Comedian, Jonathon Slocumb, who will be providing hilarious, wholesome, family-oriented, & high energy comedy, throughout the evening. Live and Silent Auction items will include: autographed sports memorabilia, mink coat, jewelry, trip, clothing, celebrity dinners, and hotel getaways, just to name a few.
